01. What is your shipping policy?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK deliveries. All parcels are fully tracked, and delivery confirmation is provided. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If there is no one at the delivery address, Royal Mail may attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for collection from your local delivery office. You will be responsible for retrieving undelivered parcels or arranging a further delivery. All non-UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. These are fully tracked with a signature on delivery and online confirmation. This service is available to 65 destinations. For details, please visit royalmail.com/international. For countries where this service is unavailable, orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed. This service tracks the parcel until it leaves the UK; however, it is not tracked en route to the final destination.
02. When will my order be dispatched?
BŌLIFE will dispatch your order as quickly as possible providing the item is in stock. This should be approximately 3-5 working days from the purchase date within the UK. Transit times for Europe and worldwide will vary. BŌLIFE takes no responsibility for any transit delays that may occur in the postal system. For countries outside the UK, delivery may take up to 3 weeks from the order date. BŌLIFE will not be responsible for any customs or import fees, therefore buyers should check whether they might be subject to any import duties or taxes before purchase which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Should you need an item for a certain date or special occasion please contact us and we will try our best to meet them.
03. Return
All BŌLIFE products are carefully handmade. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique. If you would like to request a return, please contact us at bo.fabric.life@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of excessive use. Until the item reaches us, it remains the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank in processing the refund.
04. My Item was received damaged or faulty. What should I do?
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your item arrives safely, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours. If the item(s) inside appear to be damaged or faulty please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
05. Caring for Bōlife
Your Bōlife products are thoughtfully handcrafted using a variety of carefully selected fabrics. As each material has its own unique character, we recommend handling your item with care to help preserve its quality and longevity. Due to the different types of fabrics used in Bōlife products, we advise gently hand washing in cold water only. Please avoid machine washing or using hot water, as this may affect the texture, shape or colour of the fabric. After washing, allow the item to air dry completely before using or storing. For any non-fabric components, please avoid contact with water at all times. These parts are not designed to be submerged or washed, and exposure to water may cause damage or affect their finish. With proper care, your Bōlife piece will continue to age beautifully and accompany you in everyday life.
06. Gift Wrapping and Packaging
Perfect for gifting, each item is carefully wrapped and presented in a kraft box, finished with our signature BŌLIFE stamp.
