Handmade Nature: Bōlife specializes in handmade textile technology products, contemporary slow fashion, and traditional craftsmanship (including Liberty fabrics).
Product Variance: Because our products are handcrafted with love, each item is unique. Minor variations in pattern placement, stitching, and texture are inherent characteristics of handmade goods and shall not be considered as defects.
Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

UK Shipping: We offer free UK shipping on orders over £30. For orders under £30, standard shipping rates apply as calculated at checkout.
Dispatch Times: As many of our products are handmade, processing and dispatch times may vary. Estimated delivery dates are indicators only and are not legally binding.
Customs and Duties: For international orders outside the UK, any import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exemptions: Custom-made, personalized goods, or items on final sale cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
