Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

  • Maintained in a resalable condition ("as new").

  • Free from any obvious signs of use (such as stains, wear and tear, deformation, odors, etc.).

  • Retained in its original packaging along with all accessories (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for a return:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

  • Items severely damaged due to improper human use or misuse.

Rejection or Deductions

The following situations may lead to the rejection of your return or a deduction from your refund amount:

  • Obvious signs of use or evidence of long-term use.

  • Fabric shows stains, wear, pilling, or deformation.

  • Missing original packaging or accessories.

  • The item can no longer be resold as a "brand new product".

Depreciation & Deductions Explanation

If the returned item has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund amount in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Possible deduction scenarios include:

  • Handling or use of the product that goes beyond reasonable inspection.

  • Obvious wear, tear, or staining on the fabric.

  • The item cannot be resold as a brand new product.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at bo.fabric.life@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to "change of mind": The customer is fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Returns due to quality issues or incorrect items sent: Bōlife will bear the shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Apply for a Return

Please contact us via email at: bo.fabric.life@gmail.com and provide the following information:

  1. Order Number

  2. Reason for return

  3. If the return is due to a quality issue, please attach clear photos showing the defect.
